악보상의 화음의 구성과 연결 등의 화성학을 건반 상에서 실습하면서 3화음, 속7화음, 비화성음, 변화화음 등의 자유로운 구사능력을 배양시키며, 이조와 전조에 필요한 테크닉을 연마하여 선율에 반주를 부칠 수 있는 능력을 기른다.

The study of keyboard harmony allows students to explore melody writing, harmonization and analysis at the keyboard in a direct and practical manner. After learning this course, students will be able to transpose or accompany by utilizing triads, secondary-dominants, non-harmonic tones, altered chords and etc.
